Been a while, fellow OMGian! :p
Certain female person made a bet with me, promising I´d get something... special for christmas if I ever made an old classmate answer me 7 questions in a row or more. Just kidding, that´d be a total waste of betting time and stupid as hell ;D Whatever, take the comment. *comment-poke-laugh-like-a-maniac-stab-like-f**k-whatever* ;)

Wie dem auch sei, ich wünsch dir schon mal schöne Feiertage und einen guten Rutsch xD

1. Abstract Art

2. [link]

3. [link] would look a lot better, if the guitar wasn't blurred/zigzagged aswell

4. Its randomness. You should certainly have a look at Alchemy

5. Less obvious use of filters.

6. What's the most random part in your art?

7. Umm... Nyan Cat? Haha, no clue.

8. Daaaaaaare you to post this in your journal

1. I'm at a loss here. Probably 'Illustration'

2. Self Reflection

3. Loss (see Griatch's comment ;) )

4. Your ideas!

5. A lot of your work feels rather sketchy and unfinished. That might suit some of your pictures but a lot of them could be quite stunning if you'd took the time to actually finish them :D

6. Hmmm only one question, too bad... > To what extend do you think of your comic-strips as art?

7. Jack Black.

8. You've done so already. Hmmmmm. But still I dare you! (to answer my question :D)

2. That's one of my proudest ones, too.

3. Yep. I should have found a reference for the vase and picked a more interesting angle.

4. Yay!

5. I don't disagree at all. The problem is multifaceted. Partially it's related to the fact that I'm a geezer w/ kids and a job so time can be a premium. It's also because some of my pieces are for #Devious-Deadlines which has deadlines. It's also because I'm searching for that magic balance point between obsessive detail and lazily unfinished that gives me a pleasant "painterly" feel.

6. You can ask as many questions as you want, really. As for the comics - I do believe they are art, but not high-intellect art about ideas and abstracts. I think as my skills in that arena continue to develop, and the basics get faster and smoother, I'll have more breathing room to worry about things like symbolism and intricate composition.

7. Huh. Interesting.

2. [link] (because her expression is awesome :D)

3. [link]

4. Your art is quite iconic, if you get what I mean

5. Study proportions. Use photos for reference when drawing and painting

6. What is your reason to do art?

7. Laverne

8. Dare you to post this in your journal! Indeeeed! :D

thank you~
That's really cool that you find CyanPrincess your favorite!
idk if you want me to answer your question or not but here I go:
I haven't gotten there yet, but I want someone to stare at an artwork of mine, for a long time, and find it stirring their emotions, or sending a message...hard to explain XD
